Pure relaxation on the pulse of Berlin. For many years we have enjoyed living on the water and it has always been our desire to bring this lifestyle closer to others. This thought came up with the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry ship Bj. 1925 is located close to the city right in front of the Rummelsburger Bay. Small and colorful

The Vierseitenhof from 1890 still serves as a farm property. Only the street-side residential building is used for living. Our upstairs guest apartments are now supposed to create the balancing act between old and new. So we still live downstairs with the same furniture as my great grandparents.

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming but no designer tiny house, no standard furniture from Ikea. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key issue. We are on the wall path. Also pets are welcome.

In 2013 we had the opportunity to buy a property right on the water.
