THE BARN. This is a guest house on 10 acres surrounded by farmland. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a sofa bed, full kitchen and dining, full laundry set up and 2 car garage. We call it the barn because it looks like a barn and is frequently mistaken as a barn. A real wood fireplace in living room makes this a cozy place to stay. Large patio offers unrestricted views. Located just a few miles from town so you are close to the main attractions and trails. RV/trailer parking available.

A unique place with style! A lovingly restored roaring 20's house with many original features, honoring Chipeta "Queen of the Utes". It is family friendly and cozy but full of Native American art and artifacts. Enjoy the hot tub, fire pit and large patio. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the historic district of Grand Junction and within walking distance of the University and several parks. The space is not shared but we do have tenants in the basement apartment.
