From the covered sitting area, there is a view of meadows and fields. Artistically designed and lovingly decorated down to the last detail. Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. Charming apartment in the east of Munich

Our modern apartment was completed in June 2020. It consists of a bedroom with a large box spring bed, a bathroom with rain shower and a living area with adjoining spacious kitchen. In the living area there is also the sofa bed, on which one more person can stay. In the entrance, there is also a cozy, covered seating lounge. The location of the apartment is ideally suited for excursions to Munich, the foothills of the Alps and, of course, to the Erding thermal spa.
