Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. We would like to recommend it especially to couples for holidays in Bavaria, Germany or couples with one or two children.

My modern equipped apartment is centrally located - close to the old town (but still quiet) in a new building directly on the shore of Regen and Danube with a swimming beach at your doorstep The old town (Steinernen Brücke, Dom) can be easily reached on foot in just a few minutes. The nearby Danube shopping center, the cinema, beer gardens as well as Netto, Edeka, etc. are also in the immediate vicinity. Balcony with 2 sun loungers including table and chairs.

The apartment is equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay in beautiful Regensburg. Stadtamhof and the Steinerne Bridge can be reached in 3 minutes by bike. The rain flows right outside the apartment and with its beautifully landscaped bathing beaches offers a great way to refresh yourself after an extensive city tour
