Quiet apartment in old town house on the triple foot

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passau three-flow corner directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet, only the living space has a window to a school yard in which temporary student lurks. The apartment is stocked with everything you could need, so plenty of laundry, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is perfect for 2 people, but there is an extra sofa bed.

Nice and comfy apartment with own entrance

Beautiful, quiet and bright apartment with terrace and private entrance. Through the separate outdoor entrance you can reach the apartment in the basement of the house. It offers a living room with dining table, chairs and kitchen and an exit to the terrace. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and plenty storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

You rent a lovingly furnished small duplex apartment (about 30 sqm) near Freising (~8 min) and from the airport (~15 min). On the ground floor are your own shower room and a storage room. A spiral staircase leads to the cosy attic. Here you will find the kitchenette with induction hob and oven plus the living area under sloping ceilings with TV. A chest of drawers at the top and a small cupboard with clothes hangers at the bottom are available for the clothes.
