Apartment has the capacity of 2+2. for Max 4 . Accommodation unit size is 40 m2 + 13 m2 (terrace). Apartment has a sea view. In Diklo,10 m from the sea/beach. Parking & bus station in front of the house. Shop & restaurant 50 m, sandy beach 200 m. 70 m from the center.This house is located in the center of Diklo. , and so is the beach, just across the street and you are there! the tennis court and the restaurant Taverna, as well as 2 caffes are located within 50m range from the house.

SANDY beach 150 m away, hotel BEACH 40 m away.TERRACE ,privacy,great to suntan or enjoy the stars from the top of the world (attic terrace):)) Free WIFI. BARBECUE available in the garden . SUPERMARKETS,post office,doctor,fun playground,restaurants,tourist office. ACTIVITIES:sea diving,tennis,football,cycling,jogging,sea kayaking,fitness club,fishing. ZADAR 20 min by ship. It is quiet and RELAXING at night and vibrant during daytime. PETS are ok (we have a cat,a bird and turtles)

Newly renovated holiday house with private pool and private yard. The house has 80 m2 and a beautiful garden of 150m2. The house has two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room and bathroom. In the garden there is a swimming pool (available during season period), terrace with dining table, barbecue and deck chairs. The garden with pool is used exclusively by guests of the house. It is located 3km from the city of Zadar and 800m from the sea and the local beach.

Zadar Sun & Sea - Big terrace apartment near beach

The house is situated in the touristic part of the town, called Puntamika - Borik It is about 3 km from the old city. The way is all along the coast, with the small boats in the sea, and row of old private, familly house. Very suitable for walk , and it is also bike-route. You can also ride the bus. Its local station is few minutes from the house. The street where it is located is very calm and in the same time, first one near the main street to the town.
