The house is just a minute walk away (100m) from one of the most beautiful beaches in Zadar, located in the residential and old-fashioned suburb of Diklo. The facility is located 200 m away from Zadar most Well known restaurant Taverna which serves traditional meditereian Food. 100 m away you find a recreational center featuring football, basketball and tennis courts, as well as children's playgrounds. (all free)There is also a perfect connection to the city center because a 150m from the property you will find the bus station, for public transport which goes every 30 min. Accommodation in Maria offers you a blend of Dalmatian culture, peace and relaxation, ideal for families with children, couples as well as groups of young people, because at the same time the guests have all the required content and access to the activities. Kuća (apartmani) Markulin nalaze se u Preku svega nekoliko metara od mora u prekrasnom ugođaju. Fantastičan položaj 200 m od trajektnog pristaništa, omogućuje gostima lako snalaženje i brz dolazak do samog objekta. Kuća je ograđena visokim, kamenim, zidovima koji jamče potpunu privatnost.Vrt je pun mediteranskog bilja u kojemu je smješteno dječje igralište. U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se svi potrebni sadržaji (restorani, supermarketi, kafići, mesnica, ribarnica, sportski teren,pekarnica).

SANDY beach 150 m away, hotel BEACH 40 m away.TERRACE ,privacy,great to suntan or enjoy the stars from the top of the world (attic terrace):)) Free WIFI. BARBECUE available in the garden . SUPERMARKETS,post office,doctor,fun playground,restaurants,tourist office. ACTIVITIES:sea diving,tennis,football,cycling,jogging,sea kayaking,fitness club,fishing. ZADAR 20 min by ship. It is quiet and RELAXING at night and vibrant during daytime. PETS are ok (we have a cat,a bird and turtles)

Zadar Sun & Sea - Big terrace apartment near beach

The house is situated in the touristic part of the town, called Puntamika - Borik It is about 3 km from the old city. The way is all along the coast, with the small boats in the sea, and row of old private, familly house. Very suitable for walk , and it is also bike-route. You can also ride the bus. Its local station is few minutes from the house. The street where it is located is very calm and in the same time, first one near the main street to the town.
