(all free)There is also a perfect connection to the city center because a 150m from the property you will find the bus station, for public transport which goes every 30 min. Kuća (apartmani) Markulin nalaze se u Preku svega nekoliko metara od mora u prekrasnom ugođaju. Fantastičan položaj 200 m od trajektnog pristaništa, omogućuje gostima lako snalaženje i brz dolazak do samog objekta. Kuća je ograđena visokim, kamenim, zidovima koji jamče potpunu privatnost.Vrt je pun mediteranskog bilja u kojemu je smješteno dječje igralište. U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se svi potrebni sadržaji (restorani, supermarketi, kafići, mesnica, ribarnica, sportski teren,pekarnica).

Newly renovated holiday house with private pool and private yard. The house has 80 m2 and a beautiful garden of 150m2. The house has two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room and bathroom. In the garden there is a swimming pool (available during season period), terrace with dining table, barbecue and deck chairs. The garden with pool is used exclusively by guests of the house. It is located 3km from the city of Zadar and 800m from the sea and the local beach.

Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenom i ugodnom smještaju. Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu kuće, ima zasebni ulaz, okružen je zelenilom i prilazom sa prostranom kamenom terasom i cvijećem. Posebnost lokacije apartmana je poluotok okružen morem i prekrasnim plažama sa oblutcima i pijeskom, u blizini je svjetionik, barovi i restorani, market i autobusna stanica..sve na nekoliko minuta udaljenosti.
