At only 2 minutes of the building you will find a stop of direct bus to the airport, as well as a metro station (Urgell) . The Tourist Tax is not included in the price of the apartment. It costs €6.25 per adult (over 16 years old) per night up to a maximum of seven nights. It must be paid upon arrival.

el apartamento es precioso muy luminoso y con una terraza impresionante en pleno centro de Barcelona, *finca modernista de principios de siglo (1920) *la entrada y la fachada del edificio son muy especial, típico del modernismo cual motivos florales tanto en fachada como en el interior de la escalera que va al apartamento, el apartamento esta recién renovado, con sábanas y toallas nuevas y todo, recién pintado, podrán respirar el aire de principios de siglo al entrar en mi edificio

This gorgeous 90m2, bohemian duplex ONE BED apartment has amazing views over the entire city from the large plant -covered terrace. Walking distance from Las Ramblas. There is a bedroom with Queen sized bed downstairs beside a long balcony and another open-plan living area upstairs beside the terrace. There's a smart Tv, free wifi and washing machine and dryer. (please note: it's on the 6th floor and there's NO elevator).
