Across the street is the metro and bus and you will also find all the amenities: supermarket, supermarket, pharmacy, pharmacy, Banks, cafes and restaurants, bakeries, ... The apartment: Modern, elegant and very bright, the Gaudir apartment is located in a residential estate specially suitable for families and groups of adults over 30 years old. Entering the apartment you will have a completely clear view of the dining room and kitchen, characterized by a well-kept decoration that immediately conveys a pleasant feeling of home. Dining room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV and dining table for 8 diners. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay without the unexpected. The balcony - terrace has an excellent view of the rooftops of Barcelona. The night area consists of three bedrooms: two of them have two twin beds together (they can be separated upon prior request), closets and en-suite bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has access to the terrace with a view. The third bedroom has two comfortable single beds and space to store belongings. The guests staying in the third bedroom will also have their own bathroom with shower located in the hallway. Other Amenities: Private Parking (upon request) ... €20 per day Come… to enjoy! You will have access to all the apartment . The apartment has a base price for 4 guests. Each additional person has a surcharge of 30€/day. From the apartment you can walk to the main sites, although there are multiple connections with metro, bus and taxi a few meters from the apartment .... even to go to the Congress Fair If you walk 10 / 15 minutes you will reach : Sagrada Familia, Ramblas, Born, Paseo de Gracia, La Pedrera, Arc de Triomphe, Plaza Cataluña, Palace of Music, Cathedral, several shopping areas..... The apartment has parking space for a large car at a cost of €20 per day. In the area we will find other public car parks. This apartment is located on a private housing estate. The property has concierge service from 8 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 7 pm Monday to Friday and Saturday from 8 am to 1 pm. The basic rules of respect, coexistence and noise must be complied with not to disturb or be disturbed, either inside the apartment or in the common areas of the property. For your safety, do not overload the elevators. Maximum capacity 4 people or 2 people + 2 suitcases. It is forbidden to invite people to the apartment that have not been previously identified at check in. The number of occupants must match what was contracted in the AIRBNB reservation. New apartment near Sagrada Familia

HUTB 009406 Hi everyone! We are renting our nice and modern and centric apartment. It's sunny and quiet; perfect for couple and professionals! It's only 2 min walking to the metro station el Clot (line red and purple: 10 min for Catalunya square and only 4 min for la Sagrada Familia). In the same station is available the Renfe train to and from the airport of Bcn (30 min) The building (only five years old) is located in a nice zone, well connected with the touristic parts of the city and not so crowded. You can walk to the beaches of Poble Nou in about 20 minutes, and you are very close to the tower Agbar, the National theatre, the Encants market and every kind of store and restaurants. Sunny modern penthouse with delightful terrace

This apartment is home to chef Marc Vidal. It has been newly renovated to accommodate his needs, boasting a large kitchen counter top in an open-plan space, with hand-picked art pieces and furniture making it a warm and inviting home. It is super bright and has a wonderful terrace, perfect to sit out to eat and hang out, with views of the mountains and the sea.
