This lovely apartment in Barcelona is located aprox 200 meters distance from the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc, Las Arenas Shopping Center. From June to September you will enjoy the Montjuic Fountains a few meters, where you can see the show of water, lights and music. A wide transport network : Tube , train, FFC and buses to arrive in a few minuts to Plaça Catalunya, the Colon statue, Passeig de Grácia, La Pedrera or Sagrada Familia. From april 2023th the apartment will have air conditioning

Renovated apartment in a quiet and centrical neighborhood, located between Plaza España and the city center, a position which give you the opportunity to walk to any place of interest. At only 2 minutes of the building you will find a stop of direct bus to the airport, as well as a metro station (Urgell) . The Tourist Tax is not included in the price of the apartment. It costs €6.25 per adult (over 16 years old) per night up to a maximum of seven nights. It must be paid upon arrival.

Comfortable and centric apartment, ideal for families and business trips, just a few minutes from FIRA convention center, Plaza España, Port Barcelona, La Rambla, Plaza Catalunya, the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc, Museums, with easy access to public transport. Before you arrived, we have cleaned and disinfected the surfaces with the highest contact, such as switches, door and cabinet knobs, remote controls, etc. We also wash bed linen and towels at 60º centigrade

This gorgeous 90m2, bohemian duplex ONE BED apartment has amazing views over the entire city from the large plant -covered terrace. Walking distance from Las Ramblas. There is a bedroom with Queen sized bed downstairs beside a long balcony and another open-plan living area upstairs beside the terrace. There's a smart Tv, free wifi and washing machine and dryer. (please note: it's on the 6th floor and there's NO elevator).
