The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Aktivum Montafon - a fantastic view!

Through large panoramic windows, you can already be tickled by the sun while waking up and looking at the moonlight in the evening with a glass of wine. Enjoying the breathtaking mountain panorama from every room, you only get that with us! The "all inclusive" apartment for 2 to 6 people is integrated into our modern wooden building. We are looking forward to the visits of new people as well as old friends and will help all guests to plan and carry out tours!

Im selben Haus gibt es noch eine weitere, komplett getrennte Wohnung, die ebenfalls gemietet werden kann. Die Wohnung selbst ist von außen schlecht einsehbar. Der Ausblick auf die Schweizer Berge ist fantastisch. Abendrot geniessen oder am Beamer einen Film geniessen.

Experience a 200 years old farmhouse in a solitude location on 1200 m above sea level! No cars, no roads! During the lockdowns, we restorated it with lot's of care, trying not to damish the beautiful old structure but giving it at the same time a modern look and convenience. A unique place of nature and silence. It' just now for rent. Pleae kindly note, ceilings only measure 1,95 m height.
