In the summer you can go swimming almost at the front door on the public beach. If you like more infrastructure, you have it not far to the beach. In winter, you can quickly reach the ski areas in the Bregenz Forest by car. With the Schizug, which stops almost at your doorstep, you can easily reach the ski resorts in Montafon.

Bregenz is perfect as a starting point for excursions, for example in the Bregenzerwald or around Lake Constance.

Comfortable single room near the lake

Our house is a three-way home. On each floor is an apartment which is occupied by friendly people. From time to time, it is also a bit wobbly because of the children. It is located in Hard/Vorarlberg about 300 m as the crow flies from Bodensee. The routes to the bakery, ice cream shop, beach, various restaurants, bus stop, ... are less than 5 minutes away. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk. Every Wednesday there is a market in the town center.

Sunny apartment with balcony, 5min walk to the lake

In the 3 rooms. Apartment on the edge of a nature reserve on the 3rd floor makes you feel connected to nature by the view of the river and the trees, yet in 10 minutes by bike or bus in the center of Bregenz. It takes 5 minutes to swim in the lake. The bus station is in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is modern, simple and furnished with love and since it is also our apartment, everything is available to feel comfortable on vacation.
