74 square meter new apartment (built in 2022) in the attic with 3 rooms, balcony (16 sqm) and underground parking space. The apartment is located between Lindau and Bregenz. In summer you can almost go bathing on the public beach at your doorstep. If you like more infrastructure, it is not far to the beach. In winter, you can quickly reach the ski resorts in the Bregenz Forest by car. With the Schizug, which stops almost at your doorstep, you can easily reach the ski resorts in Montafon.

This large, friendly apartment offers a lot of comfort for a relaxing stay. From here, you can immediately reach the countryside by foot or by bike, but Bregenz and Dornbirn are also in the immediate vicinity. Bakery, bus stop and train station are only 3 minutes walk. You can reach the Festspielhaus in Bregenz in 5 minutes by train. In the immediate vicinity begins the recreational area "Lauteracher Ried" with a popular swimming lake. The first ski resorts can be reached in 20 minutes.

Sunny apartment with balcony, 5min walk to the lake

In the 3 rooms. Apartment on the edge of a nature reserve on the 3rd floor makes you feel connected to nature by the view of the river and the trees, yet in 10 minutes by bike or bus in the center of Bregenz. It takes 5 minutes to swim in the lake. The bus station is in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is modern, simple and furnished with love and since it is also our apartment, everything is available to feel comfortable on vacation.

Alpenflair in foot at Lake Constance

Feel good in the hotel. The walls made of solid wood in the alpine style convey a quiet and natural atmosphere combined with modern and high-quality furnishings. The location to the lake is also accessible without a car in 15 minutes (on foot) and by bike in 5 minutes. This beach on the Hörnlebad is a hidden gem and actually only visited by locals. The Bodenseeradweg also runs directly through footach.
