ON THE TRUCKEE RIVER right in the historic downtown area, our little place is a 2 block walk to restaurants AND shopping. You’ll love our place because you can sit inside or in bed and watch the river flow by. It's a peaceful place, new and modern, private and the middle of it all. It's not just a place to stay, it's a destination. QUIET people only please. We have a firm sofa sleeper + 2 comfortable twin floor mattresses so it can sleep 4. It's a tight fit for 4 but doable if you're close.

Location, location and location. With Summer coming we have our own private HOA beach (with chairs and umbrellas waiting for you on the beach), walking distance to Kings Beach, golf, hiking and more. Everything is minutes away. We are 10 minutes to the Nevada border for gambling. Roomy with 1,640 sq ft. with a nice cozy feel and fireplace. We also have 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards for you to use with easy access to the water. This will save you a minimum of $200 per day from renting.
