Newly rebuilt Guest cottage. Very quiet bedroom with king sized Avocado healthy mattress. 3 minute drive to downtown Nevada City but in the beautiful trees. Super hot strong shower. Kitchenette; hot plate, toaster oven, fridge, microwave. Fast Wifi, TV, premium cable Dogs allowed with additional cleaning fee that ranges from $10-$25 a day based on hair and dirt. A few stairs inside the house between levels. Lovely patio outside. Fire and smoke cancellation allowed day of stay.

Our site is only a few minutes from town, but sits within the forested area providing you with a wonderful outdoor experience. It's only a 1 min walk to the lake with partial lake views from the cabin. Canoes and kayaks provided. 2 day min, 3 day min for any Holiday creating a 3-day weekend.
