This 800-square-foot private, 1 bedroom/2 bathroom artist-created house with a big indoor jacuzzi tub that will relax your day away, is full of inspiring and refined details 3/4-mile from the quaint and historic town of Nevada City. The yard has a wonderful 100-year-old walnut tree for shade. Across the street is a lovely historic cemetery with headstones from the 1800s—wonderful for a walk.
