It is walking distance to downtown Grass Valley, and Empire Mine state park offering miles of hiking/biking/riding trails is literally just across the street. The great room has the most comfy conversation friendly couch ever! The large flat screen Smart TV is perfect for movie nights or accessing your own favorite viewing platforms. Great wifi!
